1. Overview
InspirEd is a nonprofit organization that offers fee-based classes and optional memberships to support our educational mission. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds and credits are issued.
By registering for classes or purchasing a membership, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Class Registration Refunds
A. 100% Refund Eligibility
Participants may receive a 100% refund of the class fee if the cancellation request is submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class start time.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise requested.
B. Cancellations Within 48 Hours
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class start time are not eligible for a refund.
Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of InspirEducation in cases of documented emergencies.
3. Membership Policy
A. Non-Refundable Membership Fee
All membership purchases are non-refundable. Once purchased, membership fees cannot be returned in whole or in part.
B. 150% Credit Benefit for Members
Members who are registered for a class that gets canceled by InspirEducation will receive:
- 150% of the class fee as account credit
Example:
If a member cancels a $20 class more than 48 hours in advance, they will receive $30 in account credit.
C. Credit Terms
- Credits are applied to the member’s account only (not transferable).
- Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Credits may only be used toward future classes or eligible programs.
- Credits must be used within 6 months of issuance, unless otherwise specified.
4. Class Cancellations by the Organization
If InspirEducation cancels a class for any reason, participants may choose:
- A full refund, or
- A credit toward a future class
Members will receive either:
- A full refund of the class fee, or
- 150% credit, at their option.
